I believe everyone is here for a reason, and our purpose lies in our passions. As human beings, our bodies, minds, and hearts are designed to be doing things we love.
We all deserve to earn a living doing something we are super passionate about – something we absolutely love.
Life isn’t meant to be lived being miserable in a career where you spend 2/3 of your life. But – sadly it takes most of us at least a decade (or two!) – and some misery – to realize this.
Myself included.
I Totally Chose the Wrong Career.
Even when I was a little girl, I knew I was here to help people. I just didn’t know how. I struggled for years not knowing what career path to choose, and when I finally did, I picked the wrong one. Here’s what happened:
After graduating from university, I had absolutely no idea what I wanted to do with my life, so I spent 4 years “sewing my oats” thinking one day I would wake up and my purpose would just unveil itself. Shocker - that never happened! At 25, I felt like I was wasting my life away so I decided to just pick a career and like so many people, I chose a career that I felt was safe, something I was good at, and something that would provide for me financially. It had absolutely nothing to do with what my heart wanted, and in fact, went totally against everything my heart was telling me to do.
I spent 5 years working for two international recruitment agencies with huge clients like Citibank, Travelex, GE Capital, and Fidelity.
From the outside, my life looked amazing! I was living in the beautiful city of Sydney Australia, earning a fantastic living, entertaining clients in 5-star restaurants, and living a fast-paced lifestyle. But here’s the thing: I wasn’t just unhappy. I was MISERABLE. Deep down I knew I had worked so hard to get to where I was, but totally in the wrong career. I wasn’t making the difference I SO desired to make in the world, and I wasn’t living my purpose.
I Had Absolutely No Idea How to Change Careers
But I felt super trapped. I was 30 years old, and had no idea how I could ever start over. I saw other people following their hearts, living in their dream career and knew I was meant for more. I knew I deserved better - I wasn’t about to waste another 5, 10 or 20 years of my life away. So I invested in a life coach and quit my job 3 months later.
I was in a unique situation and had the opportunity to take a year off. My boyfriend (now husband) and I sold everything and took off backpacking through India, SE Asia, China, and Africa, and it was on that trip I realized I could never go back to the corporate world. I wasn’t alive to make millions of dollars for a company that already had millions. What was the point? My purpose came to me – I was here to help people. To really help people. Upon returning to Australia, I used my passion and transferable skills to land a job for a national nonprofit organization and obtained my Master of Science in Nonprofit Management.
I Found My Purpose and Turned it into my Life’s Work
That was 7 years ago and I’ve never looked back. To this day, I absolutely love what I do and words can’t explain how it feels to know I’m living my purpose, to wake up feeling inspired, invigorated, passionate, happy and free. I have such a love in my heart for what I get paid to do.
I LOVE my career, and in turn, I really love my life.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve spoken to hundreds of people who are still trapped in the wrong career. They are burnt out, exhausted, uninspired, bored, and tired stuffing their dreams inside. They stay because they don’t know how to find their dream career, or how to make the transition into doing something they are super passionate about. Fear, doubt, and worry hold them back.
I just feel completely devastated for them because I know exactly what it’s like to be stuck in the wrong career.

Everyone Deserves to Earn a Living Doing What They Absolutely Love
I couldn’t sit around any longer and watch people struggle, especially when I have the tools, steps and strategies they need, and can literally save them years of trying to figure it out on their own.
So…. I listened to my intuition and my heart - it was time to step up and get my coaching certification.
Now, I’m able to help people live their truth. I absolutely love that I get to inspire my clients to open their hearts, re-connect with their soul, ignite their passions, and find alignment with who they truly are, and what they were put on earth to do.
My Purpose is to Help You Live Yours
Some wisdom from my heart to yours: if you know you’re in the wrong career, you deserve more! Your life is worth more than that.
I promise you, with the right guidance, steps and strategies, and a little bit of hard work, it is possible to move into your dream career, something you’re super passionate about that allows you to use your gifts, has a sense of meaning and fulfillment, and pays you well enough to live the lifestyle that you’re after. I’ve done it twice myself, and watched so many people (of all ages) do the same.
